AOS Installation Workshop

Reserve Your Firm's Seat

What we will do together

1
See what the market already believes about you.

Before the workshop, you complete a 15-minute Authority Audit: search your name, search the problem you want to own, and ask ChatGPT who it would recommend for what you do.

We run the same searches.

Then we put the results on the table.

OutcomeYou know what prospects, referral partners, search engines, and AI platforms can actually discover about you today.
2
Build Your Authority Map

You will complete:

"The 50 people, podcasts, organizations, and publications that already influence my ideal clients."

Paul and Gabe will help you identify who already has your audience's attention and show you how, over time, to build strategic relationships with them.

OutcomeA clear Authority Map of 50 names to accelerate your credibility and influence.
3
See the full sequence before choosing what comes next.

We will walk through all nine plays using real advisor examples, including the launch strategy that led a CPA to mail 500 endorsed books to his clients and the $4 fulfillment strategy behind a reported 95% close rate among qualified prospects who received and read the book.

OutcomeYou understand the sequence well enough to know what your firm should, and should not, do next.
4
Score your firm and find the bottleneck.

Walk the AOS Stage Checklist from top to bottom.

Your first "no" identifies the gap holding back everything downstream.

OutcomeYour diagnosis, on paper.
5
Choose your three Authority Rocks.

This is where diagnosis becomes execution.

Each firm chooses its three authority priorities for the next 90 days.

Every Rock gets four things: a name, an owner, a definition of done, and a due date.

Then we pressure-test them. Is it the right priority? Can it be completed this quarter? And most importantly: is there a real owner, or is it secretly still you?

OutcomeThree Authority Rocks with owners, definitions of done, and dates, built and stress-tested.

Who should attend

The founder sets the direction. The founder should not have to own every task.
Attend as the owner. Leave knowing exactly what to hand your team.
Attend with your integrator or right-hand operator. Build the plan together and assign ownership in the room.
Send your integrator. If the vision is clear and execution is the bottleneck, send the person responsible for making it happen.

You leave with:

  • Your completed AOS Installation Workbook
  • Your Authority Audit
  • Your Authority Map
  • Your three Authority Rocks
  • Your 90-day AOS plan
  • Your Authority Hour on the calendar
  • The full workshop recording

You leave knowing what your firm will do next, who owns it, and when it will be finished.
